Donna Younger is the Director of the Learning Center at Oakton Community College in suburban Chicago.  She served as the Foundations of Excellence^® Liaison for Oakton CC during the pilot project in 2005-2006, and is delighted to continue her work with the Policy Center as a Policy Center Consulting Team Member. Prior to coming to Oakton, Donna was on the faculty of the School for New Learning at DePaul University and continues to teach a variety of courses there. She earned an Ed.D. in Higher Education Curriculum and Instruction and a M.A.T. in English Education at the University of Memphis.
